Urbanization demands new architectural uses that denote the imminent social change of recent years. However, the constant need for new architectural proposals does not reject the classics of architecture, and that is when the renovation of the works proposes a functional change in the buildings, but not in its essence.

Artesano Iron Works has decided to make this classic door a modern renovation. Using different restoration techniques and new designs, inspired by the old but applying new technologies, we rescue the urban heritage, making a new real estate proposal. This project adds to the generation of new proposals for the renovation of the city's heritage that we can carry out.
